RATE

 NAME
RATE – Define the deposition rate of a metadynamics run.
 SYNOPSIS
RATE    mtime    [mheight]
 DESCRIPTION
This command defines the deposition frequency mtime (in fs) and the height mheight (in kJ mol$^{-1}$) of the repulsive potential terms deposed during a metadynamics run. If mheight is not specified, then a zero height is assumed.
 EXAMPLES
RATE 100.0 0.05
Depose an hill of height 0.05 kJ mol$^{-1}$ every 100 fs.
