NAME
SAVE - Save periodically a trajectory file during a metadynamics run.

SYNOPSIS
SAVE    fprint    [filename]

DESCRIPTION
When present, the program writes the trajectory in the space of the reaction coordinates, sampled with the frequency defined through the command RATE, to file filename every fprint fs. The first line of the file contains the number of hills deposed when the file was dumped and the height and the width along each reaction coordinate. If at the beginning of the run a trajectory file from a previous metadynamics simulation was read through the command READ, then the program prints the whole trajectory.

EXAMPLES
SAVE 10000.0 traj.out
Print trajectory in file traj.out every 10 ps.
