DYNAMIC – Write force field parameters in extended format (see also DEBUG(&RUN))
 SYNOPSIS
DYNAMIC   OPEN  filename
 DESCRIPTION
This command prints out to the file filename the parameters of the force field for the solute only in a verbose format.
 EXAMPLES
DYNAMIC OPEN ff.out
